On the first Monday of every month, the Kiwanis Club of Monterey provides volunteers to hand out groceries to families in need. The entire operation happens in the parking lot of the Marina Library and we invite you to help. Meet at the library at 8:30 a.m. We are usually finished at about 10 a.m.
Help us pull weeds and generally maintain a section along the Monterey Recreational Trail! Park near the basketball courts and walk just south of the Coast Guard property and our little piece of the shoreline is on your left. We work every fourth Tuesday, for just 90 minutes. Come help!
