First Night Monterey

Every New Year’s Eve, the Kiwanis Club of Monterey supports First Night Monterey by working the door at the Golden State Theater, one of the main music venues of this alcohol-free celebration of the arts,. We’re proud to be part of First Night Monterey whose mission is “to bring families together and unite our community in all its diversity through the visual and performing arts, to foster the public’s appreciation of visual and performing arts and to celebrate families and community through workshops and the New Year‘s Eve celebration.” Check out their plans for this year at firstnightmonterey.org.
